Shipping policy

For Little Saints ships physical orders to addresses in the United States. Orders of $60 or more ship free with Standard shipping, and no code is needed. This policy covers where we ship, shipping rates, processing and delivery times, and what to do if there's a problem with your delivery.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in all 50 U.S. states. We don't ship internationally from this store. Readers outside the U.S. can buy The Book of Mormon Storybook through Amazon and select international distributors, such as LDSBookUK.com.

You'll see shipping costs at checkout before you pay.

Order processing time

Orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. Mountain Time start processing the next business day. Your total delivery time is the processing time plus the transit time for your shipping method.

Pre-orders

Pre-ordered books ship on the date shown on the product page, not within the usual 1–3 business days. If your order contains both a pre-order and an in-stock item, we ship the whole order together when the pre-ordered book arrives. Email hello@forlittlesaints.com if you'd rather have the in-stock items sent right away.

Carriers and tracking

We ship with USPS and UPS. When your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number.

Digital products

Digital downloads, such as printable coloring pages, don't ship. Your download link is sent by email right after checkout, and digital products have no shipping charge.

Bulk and wholesale orders

Bulk orders are quoted by email, and shipping is calculated separately for each bulk order. Email hello@forlittlesaints.com for a quote.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can update the address before your order ships, but we can't redirect a package once it's with the carrier.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, check with neighbors and around your delivery area, then email us within 7 days. We'll work with the carrier to help find it. If your order arrives damaged, see our refund policy for replacements.
