These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of forlittlesaints.com (the "Site") and your purchases from For Little Saints, a trade name of J&S Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm the information you give us is accurate and complete.

2. Products and descriptions

We try to describe and display our books, art, and other products as accurately as possible. Colors can look different on different screens, and we can't guarantee that your display shows them exactly.

3. Prices and availability

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices, products, and availability can change without notice. If a product is listed at the wrong price because of an error, we may cancel orders for that product and refund you in full.

4. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship your order. We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or that exceed reasonable quantities, and we'll refund any payment for a cancelled order. Payment is due at checkout through our secure payment providers.

5. Pre-orders

Some books are available to pre-order before they are printed. Pre-orders are charged in full at checkout and ship on the date shown on the product page. Ship dates are our best estimate and can move; if a date changes, we'll email you. You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships.

6. Discounts and promotions

Automatic multi-item savings apply at checkout: 5% off orders with 2 items and 10% off orders with 3 or more items. Only the highest applicable automatic discount applies, and multi-item savings can't be combined with other product or order discounts unless we say otherwise. Bulk and wholesale pricing is available by email and follows its own terms. We may change or end any promotion at any time.

7. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers your order.

8. Digital products

When you buy a digital product, such as printable coloring pages, you get a personal, non-transferable license to download and print it for use in your own home, family, or church class. You may not resell, share, or redistribute digital files, in whole or in part.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, stories, illustrations, artwork, audio, logos, and designs, belongs to J&S Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use this content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

10. Reviews, comments, and submissions

If you send us reviews, photos, comments, or other content, you give us permission to use, edit, and publish that content in connection with our business. You confirm that your content is your own and doesn't violate anyone's rights.

11. Prohibited uses

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security or operation, to upload viruses or harmful code, or to collect other users' information.

12. Third-party links

The Site links to third-party websites, such as Audible, Amazon, and Instagram. We aren't responsible for their content, products, or policies.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, J&S Ltd. isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim won't exceed the amount you paid for the product that gave rise to the claim.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless J&S Ltd. and its owners and team from any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
